NADT RC, Delhi successfully conducted a 4-day capacity building programme on "Emerging Issues in International Taxation & Transfer Pricing under the New Income Tax Act, 2025" (22–25 June 2026) in hybrid mode. The programme was inaugurated by Ms Monica Bhatia, Pr. CCIT (International Taxation) and Sandip Kumar Mishra, ADG, NADT RC, Delhi. Prof. Vikram Chand (University of Lausanne, Switzerland) delivered insightful sessions on international taxation, transfer pricing, tax treaties and dispute management. Senior officers including CCITs, PCITs, Joint Secretary and Deputy Secretary (FT&TR) also shared their expertise on international taxation, transfer pricing and APAs.
