Under the leadership of Smt. Deepali Chandra, CCIT-01, Delhi, and Sh. Sanjay Goyal, CCIT(OSD)-01, Delhi, an Outreach Programme under CBDT’s PRARAMBH 2026 campaign was successfully conducted on 12th May 2026 at Automotive Components Manufacturer Association (ACMA) The session, led by Sh. Sudeep Dabas JCIT Range-1 Delhi, focused on the Income-tax Act, 2025 (effective from 1 April 2026). Officers highlighted key structural refinements, simplified provisions, and the smooth transition from the Income-tax Act, 1961. Over 150 members of the Association actively participated in the programme. The event highlighted the Income Tax Department’s commitment to transparency, digital empowerment, and ease of compliance.
